In my opinion, the absolute worst way to lose a game of rugby is through a lack of sportsmanship and team unity. It's incredibly disheartening when the team doesn't work together, causing unnecessary mistakes and allowing the opposition to seize control. It's also a major blow when players lose their cool, leading to penalties that could have been avoided.
